    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatch Controller at Shepherd Aero in Subang Jaya. The Dispatch Controller will be responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics of international aviation operations. This includes coordinating flight schedules, monitoring aircraft movements, coordinating with ground staff and service providers, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

    Qualifications

    • Strong organizational and coordination skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Knowledge of aviation regulations and procedures
    • Experience with flight planning and dispatch operations
    • Proficiency in relevant software and systems
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Previous experience in the aviation industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in aviation management or related field
