    Senior Devops engineer

    Job Description

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Deploy updates, fixes, and provide Level 2 technical support.
    • Develop tools to minimize errors and enhance customer experience.
    • Create software to integrate with internal back-end systems.
    • Conduct root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues.
    • Write scripts for visualization automation.
    • Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.

    Job Qualifications

    • Experience as a DevOps engineer or in a similar software engineering role.
    • Proficiency with Git and GitHub workflows.
    • Good knowledge of Ruby or Python.
    • Problem-solving attitude.
    • Collaborative team spirit.

    Preferred Skills And Qualifications

    • Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, or a relevant field.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in DevOps.
    • Experience with AWS and Azure.
    • Proficiency in AWS services such as VPC/subnets, IAM, ECR, EKS, S3, EC2, GP3, WAF, API-GW, R53, Cert Mgr, ALB, NLB, Lambda, Cloudwatch, Opensearch, Fluentbit, DynamoDB.
    • Proficiency in Terraform.
    • Familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm.
    • Knowledge of Grafana, Prometheus.
    • Proficiency in Docker, Linux, Bash, Git, GitLab-CI, Nexus, CI/CD.
