    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing.
    • Provide supports to other senior chefs in cooking and presenting dishes according to recipes and specifications.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areas.
    • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Assist in receiving and storing deliveries, rotating stock, and monitoring inventory levels.
    • Follow proper kitchen procedures and techniques for food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
    • Assist in the plating and garnishing of dishes, ensuring aesthetic appeal and adherence to presentation standards.
    • Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and efficient service during busy periods.
    • Participate in kitchen cleaning and maintenance tasks, including equipment cleaning and maintenance.
    • Attend training sessions and culinary workshops to further develop culinary skills and knowledge.

    Job Requirements

    • Previous experience working in a professional kitchen or culinary environment preferred.
    • Culinary training or enrollment in a culinary program is a plus.
    • Request for Food Safety and Hygiene Certification .
    • Typhoid Injection required.
    • Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
