- Manage the day-to-day operation of facility systems including CDA, BMS, HVAC, and other critical infrastructure.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure all systems are functioning efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.
- Respond promptly to equipment failures or facility-related emergencies, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions to restore functionality.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to prolong equipment lifespan and minimize disruptions to facility operations.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance tasks or repairs beyond in-house capabilities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory of spare parts and supplies.
- Knowledgeable in electrical or mechanical systems and able to follow instructions in English.
- Able to work independently and possess high sense of responsibilities. Computer literate with hands on knowledge in CAD, MS Office application. E.g., Auto Cad, Power Point, Word & Excel.
- Coordinate and oversee construction activities, ensuring work is carried out according to design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Assist in the development of service procedures, manuals, and training materials to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending upgrades or modifications to enhance reliability and performance.
- Lead and coordinate energy saving project and activities.
- Support and coordination of building maintenance repair and improvement.
- Knowledgeable on key Facilities equipment i.e: HVAC, CDA, BMS, Exhaust, Gases etc
- Familiar and understand Regulatory CODE and requirement.
- AUTOCAD Skill
- Able to work independently and possess high sense of responsibilities.
- Bachelor's
- Mechanical/ Electrical/ Industrial Engineering or equivalent qualification
- 1 - 3 years
- Experience in established organization, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
