- In conjunction with Branch Managers in the region, devise and implement Branch business strategies and acquisition plans.
- Responsible for the mobilisation of Branch Managers and mentoring of Branch Sales Teams to initiate and implement branch sales activities necessary to achieve assigned sales targets.
