Description

To lead a team to manage a mall/shopping center involving elements of mall revenues, account & finance, marketing & promotion, tenancy & leasing, maintenance & operations.


  • To lead, inspire, motivate all direct reports and foster a spirit of teamwork among team members.
  • To prepare, review and verify documents require such as Approval Request memo, proposals, improvement repairs, utilities bills or invoices, Tenancy/Lease Agreement under the property and etc.
  • To monitor all portfolio under supervision in regular basis such as insurance claims, assets enhancement, renewals, terminations, extension and etc.
  • To ensure all the complaints from the parcel owners, tenants, visitor and guest within the Property are being addressed by team members.
  • To comply with the Property Management Standard Operation Procedure setup by the company and ISO Certification body.
  • To conceptualize, plan and implement all advertising, events and marketing and promotional activities for the shopping mall and to liaise and co ordinate with tenants, event organizer, government agencies, media, partners and suppliers to develop and implement joint business plans and promotions.
  • To conduct post event debriefing and provide post event analysis, budget reconciliation, participant feedback and incorporate into future plans.
