    Description

    We are currently looking for talented candidates to join our branch in Penang to align with our company expansion.

    Come and join our dynamic team as a HR Business Partner.

    As a HR Business Partner, you will be the invaluable HR resource dedicated to supporting our esteemed clients. In this strategic role, you will collaborate closely with out clients, aligning HR strategies with their business objectives. Serving as a trusted advisor, you will provide expert guidance on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development to drive their success.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from captivating advertisements and candidates screening to skillfully managing interview schedule and more.
    • Conduct engaging and insightful one-on-one and group interviews that provide valuable insights into candidate's qualifications and fit.
    • Proactively contribute to expanding the candidate pipeline through innovative recruitment initiatives.
    • Collaborate closely with clients, ensuring SLA achievement and exceeding expectations.
    • Craft persuasive HR letters i.e. employment contract, disciplinary letters, and other related documents.
    • Deliver comprehensive onboarding sessions.
    • Maintain up-to-date employee personal files and records, including information on status, salary, allowances, benefits, and other relevant updates. Ensure prompt and organized communication with affected employees.
    • Efficiently manage timesheet submissions and provide verified timesheets to Payroll.
    • Proactively address employee grievances, handle disciplinary matters within agree timelines, and foster regular engagement between clients and employees by providing progress updates and communication feedback effectively, ensuring healthy industrial relations and employee satisfaction.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or any related field.
    • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
    • Fresh graduates with a strong understanding of HR and Employment Act will also be considered.
    • Familiar with IR matters and statutory HR requirements an advantage.
    • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a talent of people management.
    • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Fast learner, on the job guidance provided.
    • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
