    Description

    To develop business opportunities and build the Companyâs market share of the business in Latin America and Indonesia.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of sales engineers to develop new business opportunities and build the Company's market share.
    • To market and promote company products.
    • To explore new products and business opportunity.
    • To monitor customer satisfaction.
    • To travel and attend both technical clarification and commercial negotiation with Clients and or Consultant from time to time in connection with your duties.
    • To prepare sales proposals/quotation, tender bid, technical specification, price schedule.
    • To perform detail engineering calculation and generate detail engineering drawings for proposals.
    • Keep up with the product knowledge and being up to date about the latest developments in technology.
    • To prepare monthly sales updates.
    • Any other duties associated with your position as and when necessary from time to time.

    Requirement

    • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic) or equivalent
    • Excellent customer relationship, networking with Palm Oil Millers, account management, negotiation, contract management and project management skills
    • A team player with good communication & interpersonal skills
    • Good presentation skills, Computer literate; strong in Power point
    • Possess at least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in equipment
    • Willing to travel extensively locally and overseas.
    • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin preferred.
