Description

Collaborate in conducting organizational assessments to identify opportunities for enhancing efficiencies and propose changes to align with the transformation agenda.2.

Assist in the planning and execution of organization development initiatives to contribute to the transformation towards becoming an 'engineering company.'3.

Participate in monitoring the progress and contribute to evaluating the effectiveness of organization development interventions in line with the initiative's objectives.4.

Support the execution of communication strategies to articulate the business case, importance, and impact of organization development initiatives on the overall business objectives.5.

Contribute to advising and facilitating job design activities that support the initiative's goals, ensuring clarity in position descriptions aligning with business and operational needs.6.

Participate in Job Management analysis and contribute to Job Evaluation exercises, ensuring positions are benchmarked to support fair and equitable grading within the organization.

Job Types:

Salary: Up to RM12,000.00 per monthSchedule:
