- Report directly to Regional Director.
- To manage and grow the upper mass affluent segment of consumer banking business.
- To drive Region's sales budget and business growth in upper mass affluent segment.
- To provide lateral support to Preferred and Retail branches on customer base and to meet the sales target of core products.
- To monitor and evaluate sales performance of Preferred Relationship Managers.
- Minimum of 3 years similar position in consumer banking in managerial role as Segment or Centre Manager.
- Strong leadership and proven record in managing a group of Relationship Managers.
- Self starter, proactive and possess sales drive in sales management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fully licensed with IPPC, FIMM & banca.
- Good in computer skills e.g. Microsoft Office and ability to analyse financial reports & statistics.
- Senior Relationship Manager with proven track sales record & good leadership skill are encouraged to apply.
