- Lead and manage refurbishing technicians in refurbishing section
- Assisting Sungrow Malaysia by receiving returned equipment
- Perform diagnostic analysis on returned equipment and make good serviceable items
- Repackage refurbished equipment to good for delivery condition
- Stock tracking and logistic controls
- Ensure clear communications and good customer service skill.
- Post refurbish follow-up
- Generate timely monthly report or any other reports as per required.
- Receive necessary training and be able to provide corresponding trainings
- Candidate must possess in Electrical, Electronics or equivalent knowledge in Diploma or certificate level.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in related fields is required for this position.
- Prior experience in repairs of electrical industrial equipment preferred.
- Strong understanding on current renewable energy trend is an advantage.
