Description

• Identify and pursue new customers and customer segments within Malaysia.
• Manage, administer and be responsible for the customers and accounts under your purview.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver an excellent customer experience across the end-to-end customer journey including solution creation, order processing, order fulfilment and billing.
• Work closely with the Commercial and Marketing team to execute new product launches, campaigns, and promotions for your customers.
• Have a keen understanding and provide feedback on the evolving competitive landscape.
  
  

• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, specialising in specific food categories (e.g. baking ingredients, dairy) or generalists across many categories will be added advantage.
• Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
• Passionate about food
• Familiar with foodservice customers.
• Self-motivated with positive can-do attitude.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and another language.
