    Description

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bilingual in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandrin
    • ISO 9001 and 14001 Quality System Internal Auditor trained.
    • Preferably plastic stamping / forming experience or plastic molding process or minimum manufacturing field.
    • Green Book holder an added advantage.
    • Preferably a Manager specialized in Quality Control / Assurance or equivalent.

    JOB DESCRIPTION :

    • Determining, negotiating, and agreeing on in house quality procedures, standards, and specifications
    • Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met.
    • Setting customer service standards.
    -specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers. -investigating and setting standards for quality and health and safety.
    • Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international levels.
    • Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, and systems.
    • Determining training needs.
    • Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality.
    • Recording, analyzing, and distributing statically information.
    • Monitoring performance.
    • Liaising with customers on complaints and feedback using the CAR procedure.
    • Resolve quality issues raised for internal and external.
