    Job Purpose

    This position is responsible for Network & Security operations. Supporting Security baselining, Firewalls, Data Center, Campus LAN, Wi-Fi & WAN. This position requires to work with the rest of network peers globally. Candidate must be familiar with Network Firewalls, Security products, Network segmentation – particularly in financial services institution, on complex multi-tenant infrastructure. Exposure to Public Cloud network and on prem private cloud environments. The candidate should possess excellent collaboration and team player skills, pleasant personality, and a fast learner to adapt for dynamic changes.

    Requirements

    • Fundamental understanding of TCP/IP and networking protocols.
    • Hands on experience in Security products like Firewalls, VPN Gateway, Web Proxy, Cisco ISE, IPS, etc. In depth understanding and troubleshooting skills with preferably Palo Alto FWs is an advantage.
    • Experienced in Data Center, Campus LAN, SDWAN and Security.
    • Extensive hands-on experience in configuration and troubleshooting skills in Routing, switching, VRFs, and VPN technologies.
    • Experience in Security management tools like AlgoSec Firewall Analyzer, Fireflow.
    • Experienced in Wireless networks with Cisco WLC, Aironet APs, implementation, refresh and troubleshooting complex issues.
    • Experience in Data Center products, Cisco Nexus, ACI, F5 LTM will be an advantage.
    • Experience in Public cloud Networking, Private cloud, VMware NSX-T, SDN technologies will be an advantage.
    • Experienced in Network Hardware refresh, OS upgrade and patching.
    • Good understanding of DHCP, DNS and IP address management tools.
    • Good understanding of SNMP and API based monitoring tools, SolarWinds, automation and scripting skills will be an advantage.
    • Able to document operational support procedures, network diagrams for operation support and audit purposes.
    • Good understanding of ITIL processes; Service request, Change, Problem & Incident handling.

    Profile and Qualifications

    • University Degree / Diploma in relevant courses.
    • Minimum 5 years working experience in network support in a sizable organization.
    • Must be hands-on expertise in sizable network implementation and support.
    • CCNP Routing/Switching (Enterprise), Security with equivalent knowledge.
    • Certifications from Leading Product Vendors like Palo Alto, F5, Checkpoint.
    • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
    • Good spoken and written English.
    • Positive mindset with solutions driven.
    • Strong analytical and communication skills.
    • Excellent customer service skills and team player.
