    This is a newly created position as part of the organisation's succession planning.

    This role will be reporting to the General Manager.

    Job Description:

  • You will be responsible for leading the Sales/Marketing and also the logistics team to achieve sales topline budget for domestic, OEM and export markets
  • Achieve brand sales and market share goals
  • Achieve channel development goals as well as penetrate new domestic accounts and exports markets.
  • Prepare annual business plan, and budget
  • Lead manpower training and development initiatives to build core competencies and upgrade skill sets within the teamJob Requirements:
  • Minimum Degree holder from a reputable University
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Senior Management level preferably in the field of sales, marketing
  • Experience in logistics operations is an added advantage but not a must have
  • Knowledge of FMCG business preferably in Food and Beverage
  • At least 10 years in General Trade, Modern Trade and Channel Marketing
