    About Our Client

    My client is a reputable organization who specializes within the property development industry. They are seeking a talented candidate who are technically sound and to grow with the team.

    Job Description

    • Lead the building service team.
    • Monitor and manage all mechanical components and services (pumps, plumbing, gas, lift, escalator and ACMV system).
    • Monitor and liaise closely with technicians/chargeman and M&E service contractors.
    • Attend all M&E emergencies when called upon.
    • Monitor all licensed, statutory requirement, tests, etc to ensure full compliance with regards to all M&E services.
    • Monitor and report monthly issues to management together with probable cause and remedy.
    • Focus on maintenance.

    The Successful Applicant

    • Candidate must possess at least Degree/Masters in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electrochemical) or equivalent.
    • At least 5 years of working experience in related field.
    • Strong communication and leadership skills.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and technically sound.
