    Description

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Resort Sales and Marketing Executive. As a Resort Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the resort's services and maximizing revenue through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in sales, marketing, and hospitality, capable of creating and implementing effective campaigns to drive business growth.

    Responsibilities:

    1.Sales and Revenue Generation:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
    • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, travel agencies, corporate partners, and event planners.
    • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the resort.

    2.Marketing Strategy:

    • Plan and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract target audiences.
    • Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and traditional advertising, to drive engagement and bookings.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

    3.Promotions and Packages:

    • Create and promote attractive resort packages and special promotions to boost sales during peak and off-peak seasons.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to develop appealing packages that enhance the overall guest experience.

    4.Event Planning and Coordination:

    • Work closely with the events team to promote and coordinate special events, conferences, and weddings at the resort.
    • Ensure seamless execution of events, meeting or exceeding client expectations.

    5.Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

    • Implement and maintain a robust CRM system to manage customer data, preferences, and feedback.
    • Foster positive relationships with repeat guests and encourage customer loyalty.

    6.Collaboration and Communication:

    • Collaborate with other departments, including operations, food and beverage, and front office, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to sales and marketing.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on sales and marketing performance.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in sales and marketing roles within the hospitality industry.
    • Strong understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor analysis.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software, marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
    • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
