    Description
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of e-invoicing solutions, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
    • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical specifications.
    • Drive the e-invoicing project journey from inception to completion, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
    • Act as a liaison between technical teams, end users, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives.
    • Utilize proactive problem-solving skills to address challenges and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Provide guidance and support to end users, offering training sessions and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to e-invoicing, incorporating best practices into project strategies.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Additional certifications in project management or business analysis are a plus.
    • Demonstrated experience in e-invoicing implementation, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end activities in any country.
    • Strong understanding of e-invoicing systems and processes, with the ability to analyze and optimize workflows.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
    • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate project needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive initiatives to completion.
    • Technical knowledge in areas such as data integration, API usage, and ERP systems is advantageous.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
