    Description

    Position Summary:

    Talent Acquisition Sourcer is focused on providing the headhunting platform to scan the best talent for Penang and not limited to other countries/regions.

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Source potential and passive candidates through various sourcing channels.
    • Partnering closely with recruiter and hiring manager to identify the best fit candidate within the KPI set.
    • Able to attract candidate through creative marketing and social media messaging.
    • Develop a pipeline of talent for current roles and future hiring needs.
    • Provide a world class candidate experience.
    • Ensure regular communication with recruiter to track submitted applicant progress.
    • Deliver results in line with Global Talent Acquisition KPI's set.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's in Business or Human Resource related fields with min 1 years of related working experience.
    • Experience with both in-house and agency where the focus is on sourcing and delivering high quality talent to a business.
    • Aggressive in achieving the targeted KPIs
    • Resourceful, flexible & adaptable to change
    • Outstanding teamwork and collaboration with stakeholder to deliver the results.
    • Excellent communication skills with team, stakeholders.
