    Description

    We are seeking skilled and experienced Finance professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 4-7 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting/bookkeeping/audit, a strong attention to detail, and understanding of financial principles and regulations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures, managing and coordinating various finance & administrative tasks and functions.

    Responsibilities

    • Key person to coordinate all outsourced functions (accountants, tax, audit, etc).
    • Review monthly/quarterly financial reports including supporting workbooks and documentation prepared by outsourced accountants.
    • Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records, invoices, and receipts.
    • Assist in the coordination of audits and provide necessary documentation and support as required.
    • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in financial records and processes.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial information and support for decision-making purposes.
    • Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations, best practices, and industry trends.
    • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in operations.

    Qualifications

    • ACCA/CPA/CA qualified or equivalent.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • General understanding of private equity fund/entities; familiarity with such structures is a plus point.
