Position : Purchasing Executive ( Immediate Hiring)

Tenure : 1 year Contract

Working Location : Bukit Mertajam

Working Hour : Standard

Salary : RM RM 3500

Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Analyze situations accurately and develop effective courses of action related to purchasing and product return processes.
Participate in cross-functional teams to manage logistics, inbound shipments, and continuity of supply updates.
Place purchase orders for various goods, services, and materials.
Proactively manage aged inventory and take preventive actions to minimize costs.
Manage the performance of business partners and ensure accurate completion of purchasing documentation.
Communicate lead times and delivery schedules to relevant departments.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of related experience or equivalent.
Experience working with procurement software or ERP systems.
