Job Description Summary

The Intern will be part of Strategic Power Plant Engineering (Customer Technical Program or CTP) team, supporting Leading Indicator Program (LIP) for CFM56 & LEAP products. LIP support includes collaboration with global & MRO engineering & production team to collect findings data on specific engine hardware, analyze the data, document in a defined template & report it to global LIP metrics.
The intern will be under the supervision and guidance of MRO shop engineering team throughout the internship period.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

Work with global Leading Indicator program team and support shop leading indicator programs for the Identified engines.

Collecting and analyzing data from incoming engines and hardware.

Document the findings in a defined template & report back to product support engineering team.

Collaboration with MRO Power Plant Engineering & Production team.

Identify opportunities in the existing process & create improvement action plan.

Qualification/Requirements:

Degree in engineering field preferably related to Aerospace.
