JOB DESCRIPTION

Communicating with team members, sub-contractors, main-contractors and other related parties.

Able to work independently.

Able to work on Monday to Saturday.

Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.

Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee / workers attendance.

To ensure building materials and work done at site are properly handled, stored and protected.

Monitor work carried out by general workers on site.

Prepare site daily report for submission.

Ensuring safety measures are implemented at site.

Carry out other job assignments as and when required by the immediate superior.
