    Description

    Responsibilities

    • You are responsible to ensure and monitor that the Premium collection arrangement / option (ie Salary Deduction – Accountant General, Statutory Body, State Treasury and BPA) are processed correctly, effectively & efficiently.
    • You will ensure and monitor that the premium collection received are properly processed, balance, reconciled and posted into respective policies / certificates correctly, effectively & efficiently.
    • You will maintain a good business relationship with the respective Salary Deduction employer to ensure on-going availability of the facility.
    • You must identify, develop and implement process improvement initiatives which have impact to process efficiency, effectiveness, productivity and cost of operation.

    Requirements

    • You must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
    • You must possess at least 3-4 years of working experience in premium collection or in a Finance role within an insurance company. Having prior experience with Robotic Processing Automation (RPA) would be an added advantage.
    • Having good problem solving, interpersonal & communication skills would enable further success in this role.
