    Randstad has recently partnered with a Global and Highly Reputable Listed Company to recruit for a Highly Skilled and Talented.NET Tech Lead that is highly well versed in coding, developing and designing solutions that revolve around .NET and C#. In this role you will be responsible for leading an Agile team in developing and creating applications and coding standards that meets the needs of the organization.

  • Responsible for defining and overseeing the design of technical solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
  • Lead agile teams to create software, database, infrastructure, and cloud technologies to fulfill the current and future potential business needs;
  • Oversee the implementation of the solution, ensuring it meets all requirements and adheres to the architecture design
  • Plan and design the structure of a technology solution
  • Communicate system requirements to software development teams
  • Guide team development towards successful delivery
  • Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies, advocate and demonstrate on Engineering best pratices such as Agile, CICD and Microservices Architecture; and make recommendations for implementation as appropriate
  • Plan & evaluate team members competencies, skills, and propose training plan skills and experiences required:

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Software Development with hands on professional experience in leading development team in an agile environmnet
  • Strong understanding and experience in .NET and C#
  • Experience in message bus such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
  • Proficient in Docker and Serverless Application development
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Software Engineering pratices.
  • Able to present technical context to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English.
  • Strong understanding & analysis of user's actual pain and requirements. skills and experiences that are great to have:
  • Knowledge on cloud technology (AWS or Azure)
  • Architecture framework training or certification
