    Description

    Project site based in Johor.

    Job Summary:

    As a Scheduler in a green-field EPC project, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing project schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring the timely and efficient execution of a green-field EPC project. You will play a crucial role in meeting production targets, minimizing downtime, and maintaining supply chain efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain project schedules for a green-field EPC project, considering available resources, equipment, and production capacity.
    • Ensure that schedules are aligned with project goals and stakeholders' demand.
    • Coordinate the allocation of manpower, machinery, and materials to meet project execution targets.
    • Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource usage.
    • Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
    • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain adequate stock levels.
    • Continuously assess and fine-tune project schedules to improve efficiency and reduce project delays.
    • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks.
    • Ensure that activities planning and execution adhere to quality and safety standards.
    • Implement and monitor compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Liaise with various departments, including engineering, construction, and quality control, to facilitate smooth project executions.
    • Communicate changes in schedules and any potential delay issues to relevant stakeholders.
    • Analyze production data, performance metrics, and key performance indicators to make data-driven scheduling decisions.
    • Provide regular reports on project performance.
    • Develop contingency plans and scheduling adjustments to address unexpected disruptions, such as equipment breakdowns or supply chain issues.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
    • Implement best practices in project planning and scheduling.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
    • Proven experience in project planning and scheduling, with at least [5 years] in a similar role, preferably in the green-field EPC projects.
    • Strong understanding of project scheduling processes and resource allocation.
    • Proficiency in scheduling software and data analysis tools.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
