    Job Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the marketing module of MS Dynamics 365, with a focus on creating and optimizing marketing emails and managing forms. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in crafting effective email campaigns and ensuring seamless forms management for lead generation and data collection.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Email Marketing:

    Create, design, and deploy marketing emails using MS Dynamics 365 Marketing.

    Modify existing email templates to align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

    Develop creative and engaging content for email campaigns.

    Forms Management:

    Design and implement web forms for lead generation and data collection.

    Optimize forms for user experience and data accuracy.

    Integrate forms with other marketing channels for a cohesive strategy.

    Segmentation and Targeting:

    Import and manage contact lists for targeted marketing campaigns.

    Assist in segmenting lists based on customer demographics, behavior, and other relevant criteria.

    Implement advanced segmentation strategies for email campaigns.

    Advanced Features:

    Provide support in setting up and utilizing advanced features within the MS Dynamics 365 Marketing module.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize marketing automation processes.

    Analysis and Reporting:

    Monitor and analyze the performance of email marketing campaigns.

    Generate reports on key metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience working with MS Dynamics 365 Marketing module.

    Strong proficiency in creating and modifying marketing emails.

    Familiarity with forms management and optimization.

    Understanding of advanced features and capabilities within MS Dynamics 365 Marketing.
