- Remotely monitoring and reacting to infrastructure monitoring alarm incidents utilizing the incident management tools.
- Working with 4 Shift Leaders of the Enterprise Management Center (EMC).
- Working with IT personnel of all levels.
- Adhering to all standards of confidentiality and security.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents per documented procedures.
- Updating Incident log for troubleshooting.
- Prioritization of customer requests.
- Identifying incorrect information on documents within the Network Operations Center and assist on maintaining information integrity.
- Follow business support strategy and direction.
- Engineering or Science bachelor's degree required. Electronic Engineering/Computer Science/IT degree beneficial and preferred.
- Candidates must have strong communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to work closely with a team of dedicated individuals.
- Analytically minded with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Computer and networking hardware knowledge required.
- Basic IP network protocols knowledge required.
- Certification on Cisco CCNA or Cloud a plus.
