    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • To prepare quotation, sales order and relevant documents.
    • Handle phone and email sales enquiries
    • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
    • Follow up order status (Internal)
    • Any ad-hoc work given by superior.
    • Provide administrative support to sales team efficiently and independently.
    • Facilitate the delivery orders and handle additional requests, and record all relevant info.
    • Perform data entry.
    • Provide support to sales team by using AutoCount System

    Job Requirements

    • More than 1 year experience
    • Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
    • Candidate must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, or any equivalent certificate
    • Good negotiation skills. Good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, adapt to dealing with and engaging people at all levels.
    • Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, excels at interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
