Job Function : Prepare document for both warehouse facilities bills, rental and send for approval

 : In-charge of the safety, daily checking of warehouse, checklist, monitor security including daily checklist send email warehouse schedule to all site.

: Prepare daily checklist, monthly checklist, stock count inventory every month email to management including damage list and scrap list. 

: Prepare and handle warehouse logistics for all the inbound and outbound documents and email and send the approval to all site managers for confirmation. 

: Handle Office facilities and Equipment’s make sure in working conditions and Safe to use by staff.

: Handle staff admin work and document to Samsung HQ.

: Take materials order from site supervisor and construction boss for the daily tasks what materials they need and when they need. 

: Contact supplier request for quotation, prepare Material requisitions form for me to get approval from bosses before proceed with Purchase order.

: Coordinate with logistics team order truck for the daily trips and coordinate with transporter. Loading the materials into truck prepare materials out form and take picture.

: Coordinate with store worker which materials need to purchase, all the power tools in working condition, if not need to send to repair according to brand. Coordinate with supplier to pick and repair till return back to site.

: Daily checking of machine, (Forklift, Air pump Machine, Scissor lift, bar cutter Machine, Bar bander machine, power tools machines.   

: Coordinate with Company drivers check the mileage and service time for company vehicle.

: Take picture of Scrap bin daily Basic to do report. 

: Handle all the scaffolding at the site collect and return back to supplier and update in log. 

: Coordinate with forwarding agency and warehouse and Handle Peri Korea shipment and the return materials which rent from Korea packing and loading into container. Prepare packing list.

: Prepare log for scaffolding return, Purchase order, materials request, failing all documents Track down transport document.

: Meeting Meal arrangement for VIP and Board of Directors
