    Description
    • Assist in the designing and updating the performance framework periodically in coordination with the various business functions amongst the Group of Companies, in line with the organizational strategic direction and functional objectives.
    • Develop and update the appraisal process and guidelines and manage the appraisal process across business groups (BGs) and the respective business units (BUs).
    • Work closely with business owners and performance management controller to ensure timely and accurate completion of the performance cycle.
    • Contribute as a performance management expert to the development of automation and integration of performance models to the pre-existing software or solutions.
    • Work with internal stakeholders across BGs and BUs through respective HR Leaders, to embed a culture of continuous feedback on employee performance.
    • Provide support to line managers in applying the performance management system should they face challenges with the implementation.
    • Develop tools and support material to help employees and their line managers in their appraisal process.
    • Collect the performance appraisal results and work with the data analytics team to analyse and display results for all BGs and BUs in dashboards.
    • Assist in managing the performance cycle and calendar, actively communicate with employees, and ensure that each activity in the performance process is executed within the specified timeframe and as per defined guidelines.
    • Assist in resolving problems related to appraisals, such as employee requests for re-evaluation, and ensure that these issues are handled in a fair, professional, transparent, and equitable way.
    • Coordinate with Talent Management teams to gather and provide necessary input.
    • Assist in identifying areas for improvement to ensure an effective implementation of performance management and alignment between performance and business needs.
    • Undertake other such reasonable duties as required by the management and department.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in strategic human resource management or related experience preferred.
    • Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience. Fresh Graduate can be considered.
    • Excellent understanding of the performance management framework and practice.
    • Strong project management skills, change management skills, and agile.
    • Ability to interpret data critically and objectively to generate data-driven performance insights.
    • Able to manage and guide performance analysts, controllers, and HR personnel.
    • Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint is a must.
    • Travelling within Klang Valley is required.
