    Description

    Responsibilities

    - Reply to stockist and mobile stockist inquiries and complaints via email, Whatsapp and phone calls.

    • To handle, process order from stockist through company website (Eworld) and Whatsapp.
    • To update product updated stock in website company
    • Collect testimony/feedback from Stockist/Mobile Stockist.
    • Ensure good practices in daily stockist and mobile stockist operation according to SOPs, processes and
    strategies for quality result.

    • To prepare sales and stockist and mobile stockist database report.
    • Responsible in handling & follow up stockist and mobile stockist inquiries.
    • To liaise with superior on product launching and sale.
    • Informing stockist and mobile stockist of any promotions to encourage the purchase and increase the
    sales.

    Requirements

    - At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,

    • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple challenges and task concurrently
    • Command of office tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) is necessary
    • Good interpersonal relationship and social skill
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
    • Have working experience in sales/customer service position will be advantages
