- Manage the end-to-end flash deals performance and operations
- Monitor flash deal performance, gather feedback, and propose improvement plans for flash deals salability and flash deals orders
- Develop criteria for the flash deal rebate policy, ensuring fairness and adherence to guidelines
- Manage and maintain risk-related assessments, rebate policies, and allocation processes
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to source and curate quality deals, strategise flash deal promotions
- Collaborate with product and sales teams on process efficiencies and automation
- Conduct market research to identify potential flash deal opportunities and competitors' strategies
- Plan slots for flash deals, considering product demand, vendor stocks, and promotional calendar
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, operations or any relevant degree. Prior experience in relevant areas (e.g. Key Account Management, Category Analyst) will be highly beneficial
- Proficient SQL skills, Python skills would be a plus
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Logical and structured approach to problem solving and communications
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence others
- Ability and desire to contribute to wider team performance and culture
