    Â Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as a Brand Marketing Consultant located in Johor Bahru. As a Marketing Consultant, your day-to-day tasks will involve sales consulting, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, providing exceptional customer service, and consulting with team to meet clients daily needs. You will work closely with a team of passionate professionals with over 13 years of collective experience in face-to-face sales across various disciplines and industries. Your primary goal will be to meet each client's expectations individually and explore new areas for field sales for their brands.

    • Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
    • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Experience in sales or customer service roles
    • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work well in a team and individually
    • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
    • Experience in the field of sales or marketing is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
