    Job Description

    • Develop rolling forecast demand and statistical forecast model by analysing historical sales trends, and sales demand including market research to reflect sales and marketing assumptions.
    • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely stock replenishment across all sales channels.
    • Manage and maintain the demand planning process including updating relevant spreadsheets and databases, outlet inventory, and stock performance analysis
    • Identify and highlight risks and opportunities to ensure the stock level is managed effectively and efficiently.
    • Plan and review purchase orders for timely delivery of raw materials to support production planning and meet sales order requirements.
    • Prepare reports and analysis weekly / monthly based on requests.
    • Proposing and implementing solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
    • Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee.

    Job Requirements

    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree or its equivalent.
    • Good understanding of forecast models and methods, supply chain processes, and practices.
    • Minimum 1-year working experience in relevant field.
    • High emotional intelligence and strong people skills.
    • Possess a positive mindset and able to work in a fast-moving work environment.
    • Independent, Result-driven, and self-motivated.
    • Good time management & Stress management.
    • Resourceful, meeting deadlines, ability to work independently & good team player.
