- Work with Consulting Stakeholders to understand, prioritise and manage their requirements
- Use deep knowledge of effective searching tools and techniques to identify suitable candidates, through database searches, Internet & media job postings, target searches and personal networking
- Organizing and conducting candidate interviews, reference checks, candidate rate negotiation, offer processing and maintaining contact with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
- Demonstrating a full understanding of, and responding to, the needs of prospective candidates through effective communication and awareness of market demands
- Develop diverse, high-performing people and teams through new and meaningful development opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively to build productive relationships and networks.
- Understand and lead the execution of key objectives and priorities for internal as well as external stakeholders.

- Completed tertiary qualifications in any discipline
- 15+ years of recruitment experience in a regional or global structure
- Extensive internal recruitment team experience in recruiting management consultants across SE Asia
- Proven experience in leading teams and stakeholder management
- Excellent research/sourcing skills including use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques
- Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects/requisitions and candidates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills, fluent oral and written English communication skills
- Self-motivated & comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
