    Job Responsibility

    • Developing and implementing sales strategies: The sales executive should be able to identify potential customers and create a plan for reaching out to them to sell products or services.
    • Building and maintaining relationships: The sales executive should be able to develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and key stakeholders to ensure repeat business.
    • Meeting sales targets: The sales executive should be able to achieve or exceed sales targets set by the company.
    • Conducting market research: The sales executive should be able to research market trends and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in their industry.
    • Presenting and demonstrating products: The sales executive should be able to confidently present and demonstrate the features and benefits of their products to potential customers.
    • Negotiating and closing sales: The sales executive should be able to negotiate with customers to close sales and secure deals that meet the needs of both parties.
    • Maintaining accurate records: The sales executive should be able to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

    Job Requirements

    • Motivation for Sales
    • Can work with minimum supervision
    • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required, but some companies may prefer candidates with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • Interpersonal skills: Should be able to build rapport and establish relationships with customers and colleagues.
    • Persuasion and negotiation skills: Have strong persuasion and negotiation skills, as they will need to persuade customers to purchase products or services and negotiate deals that are mutually beneficial.
    • Able to manage their time effectively and prioritize tasks to achieve their sales targets
