    Description

    Job Description:

    • Work closely with business development/QS team to ensure timely and accurate billing to customer upon milestone achievement.
    • Generate unbilled milestone achieve report from system.
    • Works closely with other teams to ensure open lines of communication are maintained and effective customer requests are resolved.
    • Prepares cash receipts for posting and applying payments.
    • Targets to post and apply cash receipt within the defined timelines.
    • Resolves payment allocation issues (e.g. short payments, misapplied cash).
    • Performs monthly reconciliations of AR ledger and reporting.
    • Follow up with salesperson to collect overdue debt for achieve AR collection goals.
    • Receives, logs and drives resolution and escalates customer disputes and non-payment cases.
    • Records actions taken to collect the debts and responses from customers for further follow up.
    • Notifies about disputes and escalates issues in a timely manner to minimize the risk of uncollectible debts.
    • Provides accurate and timely information on the for business decisions.
    • Analyzes AR process/procedurees (Billing, Credit, Collection) and system problems and make effective recommendations.
    • Liaise with Internal and External Auditors, Tax Agent, Legal, Bankers and etc.
    • Support projects and change management to implement process improvements in the area of scope (e.g. e-invoicing etc.).
    • Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by superior.

    Qualification & Requirements:

    • Candidate must posses a degree in Finance.
    • Preferable have 2-3 years working experience in relevant field.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Highly organized, efficient and accurate person.
    • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office.
    • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
