- Undertaking a impact study and analysis on managing financial and accounting strategically and apply it throughout the company.
- Implementing, and monitoring compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures; advising all divisions and company staff on this matter through official mechanism.
- Monitoring and intervening all process and procedure of budget disbursement and divisions expenditure; may require all divisions to submit their financial records in any forms or mechanism.
- Evaluating the need for new technology to meet the organization's financial data processing, control, and reporting requirements.
- Negotiating with Bank or institutions for lines of credit or other financial services as required and appropriate.
- Attending and participating in any locally and internationally seminar, meetings, conventions, exhibition or any special programs as a company's representative or as determined by Chief Executive Officer.
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree Finance / Accounting / Business Management/Administration/ ACCA. Master in Finance will be an advantage
- Member of Malaysia Institute of Accounting (MIA)
- Minimum 5-10 years of similar working capacity within logistics, Finance and services.
- Must possess a strong ability to identify opportunity and win businesses.
- Strong business acumen and commercial experience in a large Finance set up.
- Ability to work independently as well as fostering teamwork and collaboration between inter-BUs.
- Must be a strategic thinker who can align Finance strategies with business goals and drive continuous improvement in Finance operations.
- Continuous improvement mindset. Proactively developing initiatives to achieve desired outcome.
- Experience in Finance enablement or Finance operations, Finance planning and programs.
