    Job Responsibility

    • Perform various administrative tasks e.g. answering phone calls, taking notes & responding to emails
    • Greet and assist visitors, clients and employees
    • Maintain & update files, records and documents
    • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
    • Type and transcribe documents, reports and correspondence
    • Provide general clerical support including photocopying, faxing and mailing

    Experiences

    Job Requirements

    • previous experience as secretary or administrative assistant preferred
    • proficient in computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
    • ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
    • familiarity with front desk operations and phone etiquette
