- Perform daily, weekly and monthly monitoring on data and process to ensure data integrity and preserve data accuracy (completeness, recency, timeliness, accuracy)
- Provide advanced support to internal and external users for data, reporting and technology-related questions and concerns
- Work with stakeholders including the Product team, Clients and their Agency to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data needs
- Perform data analysis, involving navigating and reviewing large data sets to answer specific business questions
- Perform root cause analysis on reported data or processes issue and resolve them from end to end
- Create accessible documents and keeping the existing documentations up-to-date
- Understand the importance of the issues resulting in prioritizing and escalating when is required
- Experience working with SQL, Python, AWS, Snowflake
- Good troubleshooting and data analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Be able to understand the business requirements, verify data, identify data and identify potential data issues
- Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes
- Good communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
- Self-directed and comfortable supporting the data needs of multiple teams, systems and products
- Familiar with AWS Services, Git, Jenkins, Airflow
