    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • To help clients achieve their personal and financial security goals.
    • Provide personalized consultation and solution by assisting them to construct their financial plans through the proper use of financial products - life insurance, saving, investment and etc.
    • Providing excellent after sales service by maintaining a close relationship with customers and clients at all time.
    • Manage and build long term relationships with existing and new Customers.
    • To achieve sales and recruitment targets assigned by the Company.
    • To involve in organization branding and recruitment strategies, selecting the best candidates with help of recruitment tools.

    Job Requirements

    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
    • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Leaders with the interpersonal skills, tools, processes and confidence to effectively lead their team to drive results into the future.
    • Preferably Manager specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent.
