    Description
    Job Responsibility

    You will be in charge of driving the growth of the company via on the ground lead generation and telemarketing efforts.You will manage a team of on the ground staff and telemarketing staff to achieve sales targets.You are expected to work closely with senior management to define and implement the companyâs sales strategy. Day-to-Day
    • Review of sales figures, identification of factors affecting growth and churn of sales
    • Analysis of data points to prove or disprove the factors identified
    • Review of day-to-day performance of staff reporting to you
    • Collaboration with other departments to launch and fine-tune company-level business projects

    Job Requirements

    • Ability to communicate and persuade over phone calls and text messages (understanding of what the customerâs concerns are and addressing them smoothly)
    • Management ability – familiarity with local staffâs concerns and able to manage them to achieve company goals
    • Collaborative approach to solving problems
    • Comfortable working with computers, Microsoft Office, data. Expertise is not required
    • Hunger and desire for new opportunities for career growth and advancement
