- Recommend solutions to moderate problems with information Communication skills to include documentation, presentation, team contribution, and training of technician.
- Performs all tasks and responsibilities of Entry Level Engineer.
- Knowledge of performance that directly impacts own functional area with prescribed parameters and an indirect impact on related areas.
- On-the-job training to more junior colleagues.
- Contribution to continuous improvement programs via initiating & executing projects to improve Overall Equipment Efficiency, OEE in term of Speed, Cost & Quality.
- Meet / Exceed KPIs (Availability, Reliability, Cost & Yield) for assigned equipment ownership.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures, implement corrective action & preventive actions.
- Responsible for start-up until RFP (release for production) of new or transferred used equipment to support production ramp.
- 5-7 years of work experience in handling CANON stepper/DUV/Mask Aligner.
- Technical / functional experience in any maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Intermediate Windows and Unix software knowledge.
- Bachelor degree in any engineering field.
- Able to work in cleanroom environment in both normal working hours and 12hours shift rotating.
- Able to work independently with least supervision.
- Able to work in team and play a good team member.
