- Work with Planner to ensure production scheduling and demand alignment to fulfill the active capacity.
- Set min/max WIP target by processes and generate report to access/manage Line / Package Range Performance.
- Follow up ramp-up, migration/ transfers, start-up, and cost savings projects whereby lots scheduling and machine resources are involved.
- Scheduling the number of equipment and resource required base on Line/Package Demand.
- Drive Cost Improvement Activities in Direct/Indirect Material Consumption
- Review, respond engineering machine booking and equipment release for ES,PM and other Projects related activities. To ensure meeting ES CT and Safe Launch project timeline
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Materials Science in Semiconductor Technology
- More than 8 years related experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing background
- Good reporting, highly analytical and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge & experiences in production line planning & productivity & process improvement
- Posses knowledge and skills in manufacturing process & some equipment/technical knowledge
- Good knowledge and skills in production area able to communicate with different level of staffs
