- Facilitate the digitization transformation from manual processes to digital processes to reduce spend time in conducting daily People operations and increase productivity.
- Provide system support and guidance on SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, SAP Payroll & HR Systems to all employees.
- Prepare and submit the required report and data analysis as at when it is required.
- Prepare correspondence and issuance of Memorandum.
- Work closely with functional to all employee in the day-to-day operations of support services
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- In-depth knowledge of HRIS process including the Employee Central, On/offboarding and etc.
- Good analytical skills
- MS Office literate
- Proficient in English, both oral and written.
- Able to interface effectively with diverse group of people, including high level executives.
- Can work independently and is also a team player.
