Description

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Business Development department to understand
customers or business requirements and service specifications.
Review and analyze information about customers' requirements to prepare competitive quotations and commercial proposals.
Participate in pricing negotiations with clients and vendors.
Maintain the accuracy of quotation and commercial proposal sent.
Assist in developing and carry out an efficient documentation and relevant
commercial administration task.
Follow up on potential customers and business opportunities.
Prepare and process orders related to projects with partners/vendors/suppliers.
Register and maintain customers records.
Assist in continuously improving commercial processes and controls where
applicable.
Maintain and submit commercial or company related documents.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts / agreement with clients, suppliers, and other business partners where applicable.
Perform ad-hoc basis job-related duties as assigned by Managers.

Requirement:

1 to 3 years of experiences in Business Administrative, Sales, or related field.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field. Relevant coursework in sales or strategic planning is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Ability to interpret and utilize financial information for strategic decision-
making.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in preparing quotations.
Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple
quotations simultaneously.
Good communication and presentation skills. Candidates that are proficient in multi-language (English, Mandarin, Malay) is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred candidates that are immediately available.
