    Job Responsibility

    • Coordinate with shipping company for timely deliveries
    • Prepare shipping documents and ensure accuracy
    • Track shipments and update inventory systems
    • Handle customer inquiries regarding shipments
    • Assist in resolving shipping issues and delays

    Job Requirements

    • 1 year of experience in shipping or logistics
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Excellent time management abilities
    • Effective communication skills
    • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
