    Head of After Sales - Malaysia, Selangor - GatedTalent - Connecting Top Executive Search Firms And Executives

    Description
    Responsibilities :

    • Knowledgeable on all aftersales processes (e.g workshop, parts sales, warranty and service) and etc.
    • Recruit, interview, train, guide and monitor the whole team members in aftersales department – to ensure the operations smoothness.
    • Plan, organise and implement aftersales marketing campaigns.
    • Drive team to promote parts and services.
    • Analyse market potential and market exhaustion.
    • Applies management and strategy tools and methods (e.g market analysis, SWOT, change management, budget planning, resource planning, target settings).
    • Prepares and manages the annual operating budget of the after-sales department and annual after sales budget for principal.
    • Plans department objectives as per Company KPI.
    • Ensures all after sales reports are submitted to principal and meet the date line.
    • Manage and Lead the Service Department to deliver quality service and maintain customer satisfaction in After-Sales.
    • Must be able to plan for expansion and to improve on the existing processes.
    • Must have the initiative to push for service excellence and for profitability.
    • The incumbent has to be focused on performance.
    • Able to harness the talents of the team and to be able to solve daily issues.
    • Must be committed to the tasks given and is willing to spend time to mould and guide staff as well as to meet with higher management to discuss operational issues.
    • Responsible to perform any other duties requested by Management / Company.

    Requirements :

    • Minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent with 5 years of experiences as a Head of Aftersales Manager in the automotive industry.
    • Preferable with mechanical / technical / engineering background.
    • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English due to business nature.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Initiative, Proactive and Result driven.
    • Resourceful and strong problem solving skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
    • Strong relationship management and influencing skills
    • Planning, organization and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent analytical and decision making skills
    • Must willing to work in Puchong, Setia Alam or Bukit Tinggi Klang.
