    We are a leading Chargepoint Operator in the electric vehicle (EV) charging industry, committed to accelerating the adoption of sustainable transportation. We design, deploy, and manage an extensive network of EV charging stations, providing drivers with reliable and convenient charging options. Our mission is to make EV charging accessible, fast, and user-friendly.

    Role Description

    As a Marketing Intern at Time Charge N Go, you will support our Customer Experience/Marketing team in various tasks aimed at promoting our brand, increasing customer engagement and driving sales of our charging solutions. You will gain hands-on experience in different aspects of marketing while contributing to the growth and success of Time Charge N Go.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Content Creation:

    • Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) including posts, graphics, and short videos.
    • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop new content ideas aligned with marketing objectives.
    • Help maintain content calendars and scheduling tools to ensure timely and consistent posting.

    2. Social Media Management:

    • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments and messages, and respond promptly and appropriately.
    • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports to track performance and inform future strategies.

    3. Market Research:

    • Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments, emerging trends and opportunities for product positioning.
    • Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback and survey data to inform marketing strategies and product development efforts.

    4. Collaboration and Communication:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business development, technical and customer support to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
    • Communicate effectively with team members, sharing ideas, progress updates and feedback to foster a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

    Qualifications

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
    • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
    • Passion for sustainable energy and environmental conservation is desirable.
